You are invited to be a part of WELLNEST, a special community wellness event taking place on Friday, 9th May 2025 at the James Theatre Community Centre in Dungog.
As part of a community screening of The Promise, hosted by Craig Hamilton, WELLNEST will showcase local support networks and wellness services. They would love to include your organisation in this celebration of mental health and community connection.
Event Details:
WELLNEST Showcase: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Venue: Dance Floor, James Theatre Community Centre
Setup from: 2:00pm
Pack down: 6:00pm – 6:20pm (or after The Promise screening / next day by arrangement)
Each stall will be provided with:
One table (1835mm x 762mm) with white tablecloth
Two covered chairs
This is a great opportunity to connect with the local community, promote your services, and be part of a powerful event focused on mental wellness and hope.
Stall Fees:
$10 – Volunteer organisations
$50 – All other groups
All proceeds support the event and other programs by the Dungog Shire Community Centre.
Due to limited space, stalls will be confirmed based on the diversity of services represented. Even if they can’t accommodate you on the day, your organisation can still be featured in our community wellness directory.
To apply, please complete the WELLNEST Stall Application Form (attached). Once received, they will confirm your place, issue an invoice, and provide next steps.
