I am a senior digital, data and AI leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering organisation-wide digital transformation and analytics capability and maturity uplift.
I have led multi‑disciplinary teams for a billion‑dollar national brand, scaled B2B ecommerce with platform accountability in the high hundreds of millions, launched two revenue‑generating commerce apps and implementing robotic process automation processing $83 million in annual sales (6 FTE equivalent).
My corporate leadership spanned engineering, data science and analytics strategy, ecommerce, website and client portal strategy, PMO governance and operational excellence.
I founded Spartalis Consulting to help organisations adopt AI ethically and efficiently and to support rural and women‑led businesses with digital confidence.
Recognised in November 2025 for my leadership with AI at an international level with an APAC Women Changing the World Award (Bronze), I combine technical fluency with human‑centred design to translate frontier AI capabilities into practical governance and measurable outcomes.
My mission is to ensure AI unlocks capacity for leaders to solve more problems across Australian businesses and communities, without compromising safety, equity or integrity.
