You are cordially invited to our AGM to be held on Thursday 17 September at Dungog RSL Club commencing at 6pm.
Our recent survey of members showed that 79% of Chamber members are satisfied with what the Chamber is offering. However, to continue to offer a full suite of services/activities we need your help. We need new blood on our committee as we have a number of long time members retiring.
We have 10 meetings a year and they normally last 90 minutes (online attendance can also be arranged) and we organise Chamber activities as time and resources permits. If we do not have enough volunteers we may need to enter a period of hibernation, which would be a real shame to lose the momentum the Chamber has built up over the years.

Nominations should be submitted to secretary by Thursday 10th Sept.
Nominees and proposers are required to be a financial member.
To vote at AGM you are required to be a financial member.
Following the formalities of AGM we have organised a buffet dinner in RSL restaurant which we hope you can join us for . Invitation for dinner with booking details will be sent out soon.
