You are cordially invited to our AGM to be held on Thursday October 13 at Dungog RSL Club commencing at 6pm.
Nominations for committee for 25/26 year are being called for now. We would like you to give some consideration to joining the committee, fresh faces and fresh ideas welcome. I would certainly be happy to chat with you about roles and responsibilities being a DDCC committee person.
A few constitutional rules of which to be aware-
Nominations should be submitted to secretary by Thursday 6th Nov.
Nominees and proposers are required to be a financial member.
To vote at AGM you are required to be a financial member.
Following the formalities of AGM we have organised a buffet dinner in RSL restaurant which we hope you can join us for . Invitation for dinner with booking details will be sent out soon.
